Blackjack Revenues For Pennsylvania Casinos

It was perhaps one of the smartest moves that Pennsylvania made when they decided to legalize table games in their casinos. The event which happened in July allows Pennsylvania casinos to offer a wide variety of table games and in the forefront of all these games is the time old classic blackjack casino games.

Recently records show that the casinos have been making increased revenues after the introduction of the table games. This is because players are flocking to the casinos to try their hands at the new table games like blackjack after they have had their fill, they move on to the slots machines. The casinos have announced that they have recorded an increase of 18% of slot machine play compared to last year.

Almost every casino in the state is reporting increases in the revenue ever since they introduced the table games to their list of games. In fact one of the casinos had their best month ever from the slots after the table games joined the casino games collection. It has been reported that Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem grossed a fantastic $24.5 million on the slots in July and is enjoying a 25% increase every year.

Kevin O’Toole the executive director of the Pennsylvania state lottery stated that it was probably too early to call it a trend, but the Pennsylvania casinos have been enjoying a substantial increase in the number of players visiting their casinos ever since the table games were introduced in mid-July.
