The Face Up 21 Blackjack, powered by the RTG casino software, uses eight standard decks of cards which is shuffled by the dealer at the beginning of every new round. In this variation, both the dealers’ cards are dealt face up. The rules of the game imply that the dealer always hits on a Soft 17 and a natural blackjack beats any hand value of 21. If both the player and the dealer receive a natural blackjack the player wins, but if they tie on any other hand then the dealer wins.

Splitting Rules
A player is allowed to split any pair, but not any other hands
If a player splits a pair of Ace and then draws up a high card, his hand does not qualify for a Blackjack even though his hand value totals to 21.
A player can re-split only once.

Double Down Rules
A player is allowed to Double Down only if his first two hands total to a 9, 10 or 11.
After a player Doubles Down he is given one additional card and then he must stand.
He is allowed to Double Down only once.
The player cannot Double Down on a Blackjack

Insurance Rules
There is no insurance option in this game as both the dealer’s cards are dealt face up.
